Draft replies to customers
It reads the ticket or email, checks the order or account, and writes a reply in your tone. Your team approves it with one click.
We connect ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to your CRM, help desk or internal app, so the reading, sorting and drafting stops eating your team's week. A person approves the AI's work before it goes out.
My order was supposed to arrive Tuesday and the tracking hasn't moved. Can you check?
Hi Maya, your order left our warehouse on Monday, but the carrier shows a one-day delay. It should reach you Thursday. Sorry for the wait.
We run 14 service vans in San Antonio and need to get off spreadsheets by March. Who should I talk to?
This invoice is $120 higher than PO 7741. Hold it for review instead of posting it?
Which customers haven't ordered in the last 90 days?
37 customers haven't ordered in 90 days. Together they spent $61,200 last year. The full list is ready to export.
What can AI actually do for us?
Six jobs AI handles well today. Each one runs inside the software you already use, and each one can be your first project.

It reads the ticket or email, checks the order or account, and writes a reply in your tone. Your team approves it with one click.

It pulls vendor, PO and totals out of PDFs and flags anything that doesn't match.

It reads what comes in, tags it, scores it and routes it to the right person.

People ask in plain English. It answers from your manuals and policies and shows the source.

A call ends, and a short summary with next steps lands on the customer's record.

Ask "Which customers haven't ordered in 90 days?" It turns the question into a read-only query, runs it and explains the answer.
Do we have to replace our software?
AI integration means connecting an AI model to the software and data your company already uses, so it does work inside those tools instead of in a separate chat window. Your team keeps the same screens. The work just shows up partly done.

A ticket, email or file arrives in the system you already use.

It checks permissions, masks sensitive fields and sends only what the task needs.

GPT, Claude or Gemini reads it and does the job, following your rules.

The result lands back in your software, ready for one click.
If it has an API, a database, an inbox or a file export, we can connect it.
What does it cost?
Our AI implementation services are priced by the project, with no hourly billing and no paid discovery phase. Tell us the task and you get a written fixed quote within 24 hours.

One task inside one system.

Answers from your documents and one data source, with the source shown.

One process across up to four systems, with a review screen for your team.
Each month we re-run your test cases, update the model when a provider changes or retires one, fix prompts and review your AI bill. Cancel any month. The code is yours either way, so your own team can take it over instead.
And every month after that?
AI usage is billed by how much text the model reads and writes, and it's often less than people expect. Run your own numbers and see whether a project pays for itself.
Assumes it reads about 1,500 words and writes about 225 for each reply.
An estimate from your inputs, not a promise. List prices per million tokens, checked November 4, 2026: fast models $0.10 to read and $0.50 to write, balanced $2 and $10, top $10 and $50. A token is about three-quarters of an English word. Your real bill depends on your prompts, so we measure it during the test run and tell you before go-live. Prices: Anthropic, OpenAI.
How do we know it works?
You set the pass mark up front. This is the AI implementation schedule for one feature. The larger plans follow the same steps over more weeks.
You send the task. We send a fixed quote within 24 hours.
You give us read-only access and about 100 real past cases. Together we set the pass mark.
We connect the AI in a test copy and build its instructions, rules, log and approval step.
It runs on all 100 cases, and you see every result in a sheet. We fix what missed and run it again until it passes.
A person approves everything at first, and your 45 days of fixes begin.
| Past case | What AI did | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Refund request, damaged item | Right policy, right amount | Pass |
| Late delivery, two weeks old | Right order, tone too stiff | Fix |
| Question about a discontinued part | Said it wasn't sure, sent it to a person | Pass |
| Invoice with two PO numbers | Picked the wrong PO | Miss |
Sample pass mark: 90 of 100. Green passed, yellow needed a fix, orange missed. Your sheet shows your own cases and results.
What if it gets something wrong?
No AI is right every time. These six controls come with every project, so a mistake gets caught before a customer sees it.
By default, anything that reaches a customer or changes a record waits for a person. You decide what can run on its own, like a website assistant that answers only from your pages.
When it can't find the answer in your data, it says so and hands the task to your team instead of guessing.
Each request carries the user's permissions, and sensitive fields can be masked before anything leaves your server.
Who asked, what it read, what it answered and who approved it. You can check any result later.
Set a limit in dollars. At the limit it alerts you and sends the work back to your team, so there's no surprise bill.
Turn the AI off and your software keeps running the way it did before.

We use paid API access only, never a free tier. OpenAI says business and API data isn't used for training by default. Anthropic's commercial terms bar training on customer content. Google says content on paid Gemini plans isn't used to improve its products.
Checked November 4, 2026.Is AI always the right answer?
A project should pay for itself. When it won't, we'll tell you, even if it means no project for us.
We want AI to calculate our payroll.
Use regular code. AI is great at reading and writing, but math that must be exact every time belongs in ordinary software. We can build that too.
This task comes up about ten times a month.
Not worth a project yet. At ten times a month, a $5,400 build won't pay for itself. Keep it manual, or give your team a chat subscription.
Most of our records are on paper.
Get the data in first. AI can only read what exists in a system. We'd start with a simple custom CRM or database, then add AI later.
Our help desk already sells an AI add-on.
Try it first. If it does the job at your volume, you don't need us. Come back if it can't reach your other systems or the fees outgrow a build.
What else should we ask?
Straight answers on cost, data, scope and timing. If yours is not here, put it in the form below.
Our fixed prices are $5,400 for one AI feature in one system, $9,800 for a knowledge assistant on your documents and $14,500 for a workflow across up to four systems. Bigger projects get a written quote within 24 hours. The price doesn't change if the work takes us longer.
It depends on how much text the model reads and writes. At list prices, 1,000 support reply drafts cost about 35 cents a month on a fast model and $7 on a balanced one. You pay the provider directly on your own account, and we add no markup. The calculator runs your numbers.
Try that first if it does what you need. Those add-ons are quick to switch on, but they usually charge per seat or per resolved conversation, and they only see what's inside that one product. A custom integration costs more up front and can reach across your systems. After that you pay only the provider's usage rates.
It can be, if one repetitive task happens often enough. AI solutions for small business don't have to be big projects: our smallest is one AI feature at $5,400, so you can start with the task that costs you the most time. Put your numbers in the calculator. If the build wouldn't pay for itself, we'll tell you.
AI integration means connecting an AI model to the software and data your company already uses, so it does work inside those tools instead of in a separate chat window. For example, a draft reply appears in your help desk, or invoice details land in your accounting app, ready for a person to approve.
For business software, yes. Our AI development services add AI to real products and workflows using proven models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. If you need a research lab to train new models, we're not the right fit, and we'll say so.
Yes. We connect OpenAI's GPT models, the ones behind ChatGPT, to your software through the API. We also work with Claude from Anthropic and Gemini from Google. We test the cheapest suitable model first and move up only if it misses your pass mark.
No. We don't train models from scratch or do machine learning research. Custom AI development here means custom software built around a proven model, using your data and your rules. That fits most business tasks, and it's faster and cheaper than training your own. If your task truly needs a custom-trained model, we'll tell you.
Usually, yes. If it has an API, a database, an inbox or a file export, we can connect to it. The AI runs as a small separate service, so the old code barely changes. If the system is too fragile to connect safely, we'd look at modernizing it first.
We use paid API access only. OpenAI says business and API data isn't used for training by default, Anthropic's commercial terms bar training on customer content, and Google says content on paid Gemini plans isn't used to improve its products. Sensitive fields can also be masked before anything leaves your server.
You do. The code, prompts and test cases live in your repository from day one, and the AI provider account is in your name. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.
Expect it to happen. Providers retire models and change prices often. Google, for example, set Gemini 4 Argon's list price to double on December 1, 2026. We keep the model as a setting, so a switch means changing it and re-running your test cases.
One person who knows the task, read-only access to the system it lives in and about 100 real past cases. We work by email and show you progress every week, so there are no standing meetings.
You set the pass mark before we build. We run the feature on about 100 of your real past cases, and you see every result in a sheet. No AI is right every time, which is why a person approves its work until you decide otherwise.
Two to three weeks for one feature, four to six for a knowledge assistant and six to eight for a connected workflow. The usual delay is access, so the sooner we have read-only access and your past cases, the sooner it ships.
It shouldn't. The AI runs beside your app as a separate service, so normal screens don't wait for it. If a provider is slow or down, your software keeps working and the task goes to a person.
You get 45 days of fixes at no charge. After that you can take it over, since the code is yours, or add optional care at $340 a month: a monthly re-test, model updates, prompt fixes and a review of your AI bill.
How do we start?
Three quick taps and your email. No phone number and no sales call.
