// BOOKING SYSTEMS — /custom-booking-system-development

Every booking tool takes its cut. Yours won't.

Per-seat fees, per-cover fees, 20% "new client" commissions — scheduling SaaS bills you for growing. We build booking systems around your exact flow — deposits, reminders, two-way calendar sync, as many staff and locations as you actually run — and you own every line of it.

// WHAT WE BUILD

Six shapes of booked.

Same engine underneath — availability, payments, reminders, sync. The rules on top are yours.

01 Appointments Providers × services × hours — with intake forms, deposits, and recall reminders. FOR: SALONS · CLINICS · DENTAL
02 Field service Jobs with travel windows, crew routing, and a dispatcher view — booked from your site, not a per-tech app. FOR: HVAC · ROOFING · TRADES
03 Tables & covers Turn times, party sizes, deposits on prime slots — reservations without the per-cover meter. FOR: RESTAURANTS · BARS · TASTINGS
04 Classes & capacity Recurring sessions, headcount caps, waitlists that refill cancellations, punch cards and memberships. FOR: STUDIOS · GYMS · COURSES
05 Rentals & gear Hour or day inventory with prep buffers, damage deposits, and ID checks before pickup. FOR: EQUIPMENT · BOATS · EVENT GEAR
06 Rooms & spaces Courts, studios, meeting rooms — member rates, access codes on confirmation, utilization reports. FOR: COURTS · COWORKING · VENUES
// WHO SEES WHAT

One calendar. Three screens.

GUEST Books in under a minute — no account wall Reschedules from a link, not a phone call Card-on-file deposit holds the slot Reminders by SMS and email, on time Sees your brand — not a marketplace selling your competitors
STAFF Day sheet per provider, per room, per truck Drag a booking — the client gets notified Client history and notes on every slot Personal time blocks; Google & Outlook sync both ways No per-seat fee when you hire
OWNER Utilization, no-shows, revenue — by service and location Your rules: buffers, windows, cancellation cutoffs Prices and durations per service, per provider Export everything: clients, bookings, deposits Audit log — who moved what, and when
// THE TERMS

The offer, in writing.

01Fixed price, 24 hours after your brief. From $7,000 — while the agencies ranking beside us quote $15k–$60k MVPs.
02You own everything from commit one. Code in your repo, data in your database, hosting in your accounts.
03$0 per booking, per seat, per SMS markup. Messages at carrier cost. The meter never runs.
04Your history moves in free. Clients and bookings out of Calendly, Acuity, Booksy, Mindbody, Square — or the paper book.
05Weeks, not quarters. Single-location systems ship in 4–8 weeks, with 30 days of post-launch fixes in the contract.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

// FAQ

Asked before every booking build.

Why not just use Calendly or Booksy?

If you're one provider with simple hours — use them, honestly. The math flips when you add staff, locations, deposits, or rules they don't model. That's when per-seat pricing, workaround spreadsheets, and "talk to sales" tiers start costing more than a build.

What does a custom booking system cost?

Single-location systems typically land $7,000–$18,000, fixed. Multi-location, marketplaces, and member portals run $20,000+. You'll have your exact number in writing within 24 hours — no discovery-phase toll gate.

How long until we're taking bookings?

Four to eight weeks for a single-location build — including moving your existing clients and future bookings in. Multi-location and marketplace builds run longer; the quote states the date.

Can it take deposits and stop no-shows?

Yes — card-on-file and deposits through Stripe, cancellation windows you set, SMS and email reminders at carrier cost, and waitlists that refill cancelled slots automatically. No-show rates are a settings problem, not fate.

Will it sync with the calendars we already use?

Two-way with Google and Outlook: bookings land in staff calendars, personal events block the public slots. iCal feeds cover everything else.

Who owns the code and the client list?

You do — repo, database, and hosting accounts are yours from day one, and everything exports anytime. If we ever part ways, the system doesn't.
